Why do you charge for shipping?
Who doesn’t love free shipping? Unfortunately, given the rising inflation costs and fuel charges, at this time, we feel we have to charge for shipping. We offer a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping and handling.
Where do you ship?
We ship the O2 FRESH™ cannula cover oxygen accessory within the continental United States plus Hawaii and Alaska.
How much will the shipping cost?
Shipping is included in your order.​

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?
Not at this time.
What happens if my package gets lost?
We’ll help you contact the carrier, but we do not take responsibility for your package once it has left our facility.

O2 FRESH Standard Terms and Conditions apply. Payment, product shipping and warranty processes will be managed by O2 FRESH. Products are protected under patent law. Any resale packaging or disclaimer language must be approved by O2 FRESH and cannot include any claims to treat or prevent any disease or illness. Any currency exchange rates, shipping tariffs, taxes, handling charges, shipping charges, and product return fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS
What is your 30 day return guarantee?
Live O2 FRESH will accept a return within 30 days of purchase and refund the purchase price. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Returns due to damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or the merchandise cannot be returned. Merchandise that has been opened cannot be returned. Returned bulk orders are subject to a 20 percent re-stocking fee.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or the merchandise cannot be returned.

How do I request a return or replacement?
Damages must be reported within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise. After that three-day period, the merchandise cannot be returned. Our 30 day guarantee does not cover lost merchandise.
